Salary: FTE Band 4: £26,061 - £28,351 plus Additional Responsibility Payment £3391 pa

   Actual:       £19,492 - £21,204 plus Additional Responsibility Payment £2,536 pa

Working Hours:  32.5 hours per week – Term time only, plus 2 days in August

If you would like to be part of our journey to support students’ lives, we are looking for a Deputy Exams Officer to join our team. You will be working alongside the Exams Officer to support the administration and the on the day organisation of exams runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities include supporting with managing of examination entries, securing and distributing exam papers, organizing examination sessions, training and supervising invigilators, communicating deadlines and procedures to stakeholders, ensuring data protection, and processing results and certificates.

The role requires strong organisational, communication, and ICT skills, with a high degree of accuracy and an ability to work to strict deadlines.
