Integrative Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy

Integrative Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy is very relational. There is the opportunity to use all the arts as a means of self-expression including sand tray, puppets, art and drama.

The therapist is trained in the PACE model (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity and Empathy) and Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, play and art therapy, psychodynamic therapy and a more cognitive approach. 'Integrative' means that the therapist chooses approaches that will suit the particular individual at this time in their life and this stage in their development.

It aims to meet students in their despair, anger and shame as well as celebrating their skills, uniqueness and the hope of who they can be.
