Psychological services

In addition to responsibility as Head of HEART and Therapy for the overall management and care provision of all students within the school and overseeing the therapy team to ensure a consistently high quality therapeutic service, our Clinical Psychologist also provides advice on psychological concerns and challenging behaviour, carries out psychological and cognitive assessments, conducts staff training, and works with a small number of students supporting them with specific difficulties.  Additionally, she is involved in various research projects, in so doing honouring one of the founding aims of the school’s Trustees, to share as widely as possible the very best of West Heath.
