Our BTEC Creative Media and Art courses are delighted to have been presented with the “Team of the Year Platinum Award” at the Engage in their Future National Awards held in Manchester on 2nd May 2024.
The journey through SEMH education is unique to our students and each one is at a different stage on their personal development. This award is an acknowledgement of the outstanding work the staff team undertake with our learners and is recognition of the accomplishments and progress the learners themselves have made, despite the many challenges and difficulties they may be faced with.
This accolade is testament to the collaborative approach by the whole staff team to meet the therapeutic, academic, and pastoral needs of our learners. With this support we, at West Heath School, have been able to align to our mission statement and “Rebuild Lives Through Education”.
