The successful candidate would be providing operational leadership and supervision for the maintenance team and specialist trades. The post holder is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of repairs, grounds maintenance, and estates projects across the 32-acre estate. Acting as the link between senior management and the technical team, the Estates Supervisor ensures that all facilities are maintained to a high standard to create a safe environment for students
Due to the nature of the role the ideal applicant must hold, a relevant property, building, or facilities management qualification, knowledge in general maintenance & construction and previous experience in project management.
