Hiring our Facilities

Sports Hall:

Our Sports hall was opened in 1987 by Princess Diana, former student of West Heath School, recently refurbished it is available for hire. The hall is 35m x 17m and has pitch markings for tennis and four badminton courts. Block bookings are available for local clubs and. You can hire the facilities for children’s birthday parties please contact the events team on events@westheathschool.com for more details.

Swimming Pool:

Our indoor heated swimming pool measures 20m x 7m and is available to hire at weekends

Tennis Courts:

We have 3 outdoor tennis courts and one court in our sports hall. Indoor tennis prices are as per our sports hall hire prices.

Recital room:

Our beautiful Recital room is bright, airy and ideal for conferences, seating a maximum of 120 people the room measures 14.5m x 8.5m and overlooks the gardens. Refreshments and lunch can be provided for you. This room is available all year round; prices are per delegate and are available on request.

Oak Room:

The Oak room is a charming 200 year old oak panelled room and is suitable for conferences for a maximum of 40 people. The room measures 5.7m x 5.8m and is available to hire outside of term time.

Red Room:

A room that finds itself at the heart of the ‘Old House’ it is a stunning meeting room. Suitable for a maximum of 60 delegates and measuring 9.75 m x 5.6m this room can be hired on its own throughout the year or in conjunction with the adjoining Oak room outside of term time.

May Room:

An informal meeting room this can be hired all year round, measuring 6.12m x 5.9 m this room is suitable for 8 delegates and is laid out in boardroom style with big comfortable arm chairs.

Elliott Room:

Suitable for more formal boardroom meetings the Elliott room can seat 12 and is available to hire throughout the year.

 

All of our meeting rooms can be equipped with white boards, flip chart, projector screens and stationary. Wifi is also available on request. All rooms can be set to your preferred working style, be it boardroom, caberet, theatre etc and our events mangers will be happy to help you coordinate everything in the lead up to your event. We are pleased to offer an in house catering team that can meet any dietary requirements you may have and with all our rooms having plenty of natural light and a country side setting we hope to help you create an environment where your delegates will feel stimulated and inspired. Just 5 minutes from junction 5 of the M25 we are ideally located to host your event.
