We actively support our staff in their professional development, with an investment which provides all staff the opportunity to progress to the level they feel most comfortable with. This is then reflected in our pay scales, with staff being rewarded for their achievements*. For example, our Teaching Assistant Band 1 rate of pay is £18,063 (FTE) and with the relevant qualification this rises to Band 2 £20,131.76 (FTE).

We offer our staff a comprehensive package which includes a free healthy lunch for those staff that choose to eat in our main dining room; a salad, a sandwich, a hot meal, including both meat and vegetarian options.   We provide a supportive and nurturing environment for both our students and staff, with staff and student wellbeing being part of our strategic focus.

As part of our package we also include an enhanced pension contribution, independent counseling service and free car parking onsite.  Our beautiful building and picturesque grounds are a great setting in which to work.
